The recipe for a marula apple fruit tart is a classic.
It’s a combination of fruit, apples, and sugar, all in one big tart, and it’s perfect for dipping into for dessert or serving with ice cream.
But you could easily do this without any of those ingredients.
The best part is that it’s also low carb, low fat, and gluten-free!
This recipe is one of those easy, simple recipes that you can make at home in just a few minutes.
So if you’re looking for something sweet, easy, and healthy, this is the one for you.
Ingredients: 1 large bunch of blueberries 1 large pear 2 cups water 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup almond flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon baking powder 1/3 cup chopped pecans 1/1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped 1/6 cup frozen marula 1/12 cup applesauce 1/9 cup frozen apple juice 1/7 cup frozen chopped strawberries 1/5 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/10 cup frozen frozen chopped blueberries Instructions Combine all ingredients except the marula in a bowl.
In a medium bowl, beat egg, sugar, almond flour, salt, and baking soda until just combined.
Add in the eggs and mix until well combined.
Pour in the water, walnuts and dried fruit and mix well.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Store in the refrigerator, in the freezer for up to 1 week.
Makes 1 large tart, about 6 ounces.
Notes If you want to add a bit of apple or pecane flavoring, you can use frozen blueberries or chopped pecs.
You could also make your own marula, but I didn’t find it very good.
